The Continental Chess Association (CCA) is committed to organizing chess tournaments for
players of all skill levels coast-to-coast. Without the CCA many fine ameteur players would never
get a chance to compete at the national level. While CCA is affiliated with the US Chess
Federation, the organization operates as a separate entity.
